For workers, JobPadi turns a 60-second voice intro and a few skill taps into a visible, trusted profile. Employers nearby can find you, hear you, and call you directly. For employers, posting a job takes under a minute, and our safe-pay wallet holds the agreed amount until the work is done — so both sides are protected from no-shows and scams.

JobPadi is built and maintained by the JobPadi team, working alongside local field agents who register workers in their own communities and earn a fair commission for every signup and completed job.
